I just tried using the site on my phone recently, and it was annoying. The menus felt cluttered and hard to follow, and checking out took more effort than it should have. Maybe it’s extra fresh in my mind because I just dealt with it, but the mobile experience definitely left a bad impression

I bought this jacket thinking it'd be great for chilly mornings outside. It looks fine, but it doesn't keep me very warm. I've had to wear a bunch of layers underneath, which kind of defeats the purpose. I'm a little disappointed, especially for the price.

A friend recommended this to me, so I was excited to get it, but the shipping took way longer than expected. The package just sat for days without any real updates, which was frustrating.

I went in looking for work pants, but there really wasn’t much to pick from. The sizes and colors I wanted were pretty much gone, and a lot of the options looked almost the same. I also felt a little passed around when I asked for help, so the whole trip ended up being more frustrating than I expected...

I bought the hoodie thinking it was going to feel a lot more durable and premium, but it seemed basic once it arrived. For the price, I was expecting something that felt more worth it, and I kind of regret not looking around more before ordering.
Once shipping and everything got added on, it felt even harder to justify. Maybe other people will be happy with it, but for me, I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth.

These were comfortable enough when I first put them on, and I do like the fit overall. That said, after wearing them for a while, they start to feel a bit stiff, which can get annoying. Not bad, but definitely not perfect.

I’m impressed with the pockets on my Arborwear pants. They’re set up in a way that actually makes sense, which is rare. My phone stays put, my tape measure fits fine, a pocketknife doesn’t get in the way, pencils don’t disappear, and I can throw in small tools or random stuff like keys, screws, gloves, or even a receipt without everything feeling crammed in there. Nothing feels bulky or awkward when I’m walking, bending, climbing in and out of the truck, or just wearing them around. Really happy with them so far

Am I the only one who feels like exchanges always take longer than they should? Mine did go through fine in the end, so no major complaints, but it definitely took a while to get sorted.

I only wore it twice, just normal use, and the stitches were already starting to pull out. You expect it to hold up better than that, so it was disappointing.

I ordered these pants because the photos made the color look like a nice dark olive, but when they arrived they were almost brown. It wasn’t just a slight difference either — it looked nothing like what was shown online. I reached out hoping someone would at least acknowledge the issue, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or help sort it out. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’ll risk ordering colors from here again

It’s not a huge deal, but the fit was definitely roomier than I thought it would be. I’d say use common sense and size down if you’re between sizes...

I really wanted to like arborwear more, but the overall look just feels a little old-fashioned to me :/

Some pieces seem totally fine for work, but the colors and fits come across plain and kind of bulky. I just didn’t see much I’d be excited to wear outside of that.
The quality might be decent, but purely based on style and appearance, it didn’t really grab me. Even the website photos make everything look a bit dull, honestly

I ordered a couple of things from arborwear.com, the whole process was smooth. The site was easy to get around, the sizing info was clear, and checkout didn’t throw any random problems at me, which I always appreciate.

The confirmation email showed up right away, and the shipping updates came through like they were supposed to. To be fair, there wasn’t anything over-the-top or especially fancy about it, but everything worked the way it should, and that’s really all I was looking for. I’d order from them again

I’ve ordered from them a few times now, and to be fair, the sizing has been consistent overall. One shirt did feel a little bigger than the others, but it wasn’t enough to be a real issue. I’d say it’s been easy to just order my usual size and not worry too much.

Had a warranty issue. Sent a message and then just kind of waited... a little longer than I expected. They did get back to me though, and once they did, they helped sort it out. So yeah, not a bad experience overall. Just slower than I would've liked.

I was trying to be patient because delays happen, but honestly, no, it was frustrating. My delivery showed up late twice, and the tracking didn’t really help at all.

I reached out to support and ended up waiting days just to get a reply. At that point, I kind of assumed it wasn’t going to be helpful, that shortcut wasn’t far off because the answer I finally got still didn’t really clear anything up.

I really wanted these to last , but the knees started wearing out after just a few weeks . Disappointing ...

I bought these thinking they’d hold up better in the rain, and at first I thought maybe they’d be okay—but no, they soaked through quickly. Even in a light drizzle they started feeling heavy and cold, which wasn’t great. They might be fine for dry days, actually they probably are, but for outdoor work in wet weather they just didn’t cut it. Disappointing for what they cost.
